Service on my A6
Had some issue with my A6 Audi Avant, ended up being broken front driver side CV-axle. Peak transport received my car over the weekend by tow truck and I received a text first thing Monday morning inquiring about the problem, they Inspected it that day and he it remedied by the next day replacing both front axles on the front and also throwing in an oil change, I was back on the road the next day. Highly recommended Peak transportfor sales service as I always have had amazing experiences.

I submitted my appointment request online. I knew I was going to have to wait while the car was serviced and I provided 5 potential slots that would work for me. I heard back from Ryan within 10 minutes that my first choice was available. The service itself started within 1 minute of my arrival and I was back out the door in less than 30 minutes. What a great experience. This is night and day from what I experience when I get service at the dealer for our other car…if I hadn’t prepaid for service on that car when I bought it (which I would not do again) it would also be going to Peak Transport.
